Inspired by the spirit of the caravanserai, ‘Cashmere Nights’ carries echoes of the journey taken by the ancestors of the founder — from the heart of Arabia to the riverbeds of the subcontinent, returning with memories of warmth, generosity, and shared meals.
عند سفوح ثلاث سلاسل جبلية شامخة، يمتد وادي كشمير، ملتقى عريق تتردد فيه حكايات التجار والمسافرين على امتداد طريق الحرير القديم. واستلهاماً من روح الخانات التي كانت تستقبل القوافل، تحمل «كشمير ليالي» أصداء رحلة أسلاف مؤسسها؛ من قلب الجزيرة العربية إلى ضفاف أنهار شبه القارة، ثم عادت محملةً بذكريات الدفء والكرم والموائد المشتركة.

Our food is slow-crafted with care and gratitude, honouring nature’s finest ingredients while reviving the timeless wisdom of mountain cuisine and the hospitality of travelers across distant lands. Since 1990, our in-house recipes have delighted guests in Jeddah — from charcoal-grilled kebabs and slow-cooked Waza dishes to fragrant dum biryani.
طعامنا يُحضَّر ببطء وعناية وامتنان، احتفاءً بأجود ما تجود به الطبيعة، وإحياءً لحكمة المطبخ الجبلي العريقة وكرم ضيافة المسافرين عبر البلاد البعيدة. ومنذ عام 1990 وأطباقنا المنزلية تُسعد ضيوفنا في جدة؛ من الكباب المشوي على الفحم وأطباق الوازا المطهوة على مهل إلى برياني الدم العطري.
